How did you arrive at that conclusion?. What gave you that idea that there's a lot of ex-military members.

my original question does not suppose for certain that the there really are a lot of military or ex military. it just states a subjective feeling i have, and seeks to see if others feel the same. and if they do (or dont) put in their 2 bits as to why.
reasons why i might have a skewed perspective on this are totally welcome too.

i dont know. it just looks like it. say im walking around on the street. and im walking around answerbag land. i just feel like i keep bumping into military more here. but i really dont know...*shrug*. thats why im asking if others think its true.
