As if we don't already have too many laws, no organization outside of this or any other country should have the power to make "international law" to be applied to any subject.
Waaaay tooo dangerous!!
Human rights -- that's about it.
No person should be tortured with pain for any reason. If the death penalty is used I believe it should be done humanly.

Preident Reagan ordered air strikes in 1983 and Tripoli was bombed. Why do we think it will work now? Are we repeating a mistake?

Great answer. Really it should be the choice of the people of that country. Though I think torture should be outlawed everywhere. But that's just me.
