Help answer this question below.

Pepper spray (capsaicin) is legal in my province. Under what conditions could I spray somebody? How much should I use on an attacker to subdue them? (A bit more than a table spoon comes out for every second used)

    this stuff is shit, unless you are in a hazmat suit with air filters don't mess with it, you might as well try to defend your self with a water balloon full of boiling water
