I would suggest google or froogle search by part number the unit you have there, should be able to find the specs and more on it. Kind of looks international, but not sure.
This appears to be a grounded europlug.
If it is not that however, I'm quite sure it's proprietary.
it definitely looks proprietary. you may be able to easily rig it up by removing the contacts on the back and drilling a hole in the center to allow for a cable to be lead out. or remove the connector all together and use an IEC female hookup from an old PC power supply. sure some carving will be required to do so, but it is a good way to test and see if it still works.
