    I'm assuming the term you mean is Operant Conditioning. It is the use of consequences to modify behavior, by positive or negative reinforcement. In simpler terms: You want someone to change his behavior. Whenever he shows the desired behavior, he is given some reward. Whenever he shows the contrary behavior, he is punished. +4
