we are tring to find out if he should may be get a test considering the child in question has a rare type and his is A+ .

i don't see what this has to do with the legal system.

- I'M sorry that i said it was a legal matter but the truth of the matter is that my husband is going back and forth over with his ex concerning more child support to make along story short. my husband has never had a good relationship with the child because of his ex so much took place before she was even born. you see she told him that she was pregnant after he left and filed for divorce he said that he wanted to make it work so he went back for the child but for some reason the mother did not want to give up the street life so he left and then the drama started she waited until the time exspired for him to get a patrnity test to take him to court for child support and the judge denied him his rights to have one since they were marrired when she got pregnant .then she made the comment shes not yours but your going to pay for her. in case your wondering i met my husband nine years later and we have 3 kids togther and all blood types are the same .

- i still have no idea what that has to do with blood types.
  if the children are yours & he's the father, then of course it possible. unless he's got some magic powers to transfer another woman's DNA into your womb.
