Nope. Since the UK isn't 100% part of Europe (they don't even have the currency) no UK politician has any business being the president of the thing.
Britain is only partially a member of the EU.
So Britain can never overtake responsibility for a united Europe and an institution they deeply hate and try to stop.
The British are the worst and strictest enemies of the EU and do anything to block it.
I wonder why they still are a member.
Nobody likes them and nobody wants them have in the EU and the Brits are strictly against the EU and won't leave. The British are nothing but destructive and disturbing the rest of the EU.
Nobody can understand their position.
The EU would even pay a lot if they finally would leave and we could get rid off them.
Brits have nothing to do in Central Europe and should stay strictly on their island together with their immigrants from their former colonies.
For a tourist wishing to travel around the former Yugoslavia, which of their local languages would be the most effective lingua franca?
