There are a lot of regulations at the dealerhsip I work at, and I do know that at least a 3 day return policy is the law, although I can't remember if that is federal or state. I guess it is hard to say if I just work in an awesome dealership or if there are laws that most people just don't know about.
Occasional random bolts of lightning. They cando and say whatever they want.

I do not think there is many regulations.I understand,depending on where one lives,that there is a time period of up to a week for the buyer to change their minds if they see they are cheated by the dealer.
After that it is "Buyer Beware" and small claims court is the only option.
There should be heavier regulations of companies that intentionally the public knowingly selling junkers to people.

It's definitely a law, because they told us. We have a 5 day return policy.
