The Honda dealer does have a data base for those items. You have to bring proof of ownership with you. They can order a key and look up the radio code for you. You're going to have to pay for the key.
The only way to get a remote for the factory alarm is through the dealership. You may be able to acquire one from ebay, but sometimes they can be pretty difficult to program. Also, there are sometimes 2 or more remotes made for a specific model. They look exactly the same and perform the same function, but one can only be used on certain cars, and the other on the other cars. You can contact the dealership and give them the VIN and they will be able to tell you which remote number you need, and if in fact your car has a factory alarm installed. As far as your radio code, go to the link I provided. This guy kicks a$$, you will need to get the serial number off of your radio for him though. The forum also has a couple of codes listed if you just read through, you could try them instead of waiting for a response. Good luck.
