No way to overcome it, if you can't beat them join them, good will prevail in the end
Well in Ireland we just throw petrol bombs at em! But there was serious corruption years ago, still is some, but life has become a lot fairer to Catholics after the IRA stepped in. I don't think anyone can call them terrorists for what they did for our community.
Document everything on video,secure device, and back it up on hard copy...then send what you have to a news paper out of state, and put your info in a safe deposit box with a letter of explination.

then you go to your city council or state legislative representative and because they like votes your likely to get help plus judges are another level of checks and balances.
