So today I was texting my girlfriend and see said she had to stop texting so she can pay attention to her best friend but when her and I are together she doesn't tell her friend that she is spending time with me. Should I discuss this with her?

I find it hard to imagine any subject that should not be discussed. Not discussing things creates a build-up of annoyance which leads to braking up if not dealt with.

I agree with pater up there. You should discuss everything together. That is what a relationship is all about. Fixing things and making it better.
