WILL SOME ONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW DO I STOP TAKING 10 MG OF ALPRAZOLAM FOR SLEEP I AM A MALE. AGED 45 . THE PILLS ARE GIVING 3 TO 4 HRS OF SLEEP, KEEPING ME DROWSY WHOLE DAY SPOILING MY WHOLE LIFE AND WORK. IS 2 PEGS OF BRANDY BEFORE DINNER BETTER AS SOME

    What keeps you up at night? I went years without sleep untill I was diagnosed with RLS (Restless Leg Syndrom).
    There are several thing that can cause sleeplessness. A trip to a sleep specialist would be a good start.
