No, not really. Its not perfect, but that paragraph you dropped gave me a lolgasm.
As far as I know, living like gypsies would change nothing.

You're reading Should more people live like gypsies to punish our government for being such vile tyrannical globalist fascists? If even 10% of the population just lived underground (figurtively speaking) , it would destroy their corrupt system, wouldn't it?

oh? When the government is going to tax your breath (carbon dioxide) and control every aspect of your body (government healthcare) and run 90% of private employers out of business (out of control lawyers, regulations, taxes, immigration, unfair trade with china, etc) eventually outlaw guns, and allow political correctness to destroy us (as with the muslim in texas), we may as well renounce our normal citizenship, because the constitution is long gone. If we live like gypsies and tell the government to fck off, we'll all be a lot freer.

I think you may be forgetting a lot of the stuff that you are claiming are taken away by government (though greatly exaggerated by you) where given to use by them in the first place.
Government greed exist, no doubt, don't think I'm not saying its real, but I think you are going a little overboard.
But, by all means, you can go live in the woods and fend for yourself f you don't want to deal with the government. It is certainly a valid lifestyle choice of self-reliance.
