Tithing was never abolished.
The bible tells us to share our blessings (wealth) with those less fortunate.
Any one arguing about or unwilling to share their blessings clearly hasn't read or understood their bible.
All good things come from God and we are supposed to share around whatever we can.

You should tithe and it should be used to help the helpless.
