Help answer this question below.

I have an old tv with no hdmi input so i got a hdmi to dvi cable(for my ps3)i can get it to recognise"a hdmi input has been detected".It asks if i would like to use it but when i click yes the screen goes black and have to restart it , any help cheers

    If the TV doesn't have an HDMI cable.... it's not an HD tv. Therefor, even using an HD cable you would not even be playing in HD. If you don't have enough cash for a HD tv, do what I did and buy a bigger end computer monitor. Much much cheaper and it looks just as good. Just make sure it has an HMDI input and integrated speakers.
