I lived in Syracuse NY for a few years. Its the rainiest city in the US including Seatle WA, though some may not agree. I hired a staff of cooks there and it was sunny and fog free the 3 days I was there.

No.. I do get down sometimes in the winter when it snowa for weeks. I think it's because I need to get out. I am not one to stay home watching the tv.
