You're reading Can you explain what the heck was the "plot" of "The Prisoner" which aired on AMC over the past 3 nights? I think that must have missed something.

That's fine honey. I figured as much. I suggest you look it up on Google. It will tell you everything you need to know about the premise of the show. Patrick McGoohan starred.....I think in the early 60's. :)

Did you look it up? If this iteration is anything like the original you will never find an answer to the enigma. Happy Friday my friend! :) ((hugs))

Yes, Love, I did a search on the AMC version. I don't think that I ever want to go to the Village. Wonder what all those seniors in Fla. thought of the program, lol.

Yes. Well, we were mesmerized by the show and annoyed beyond words watching week after week, expecting some kind of resolution. But it a parable for Life. We have questions for which there are no answers...or at least none to which we have access maybe because of our intellectual limitations. It is frustrating to see that slice of real life depicted in a TV show. But it was extremely well done and if it is ever brought back I'd watch it again, knowing full well what awaits me at the end...a nothingness! Happy Saturday m'dear! :)
