An amnesty has conditions. You are "decriminalized" if you adhere to certain regulations, a probationary period, and usually agree to making some amends. A full pardon is just that. You are free to go.
Nothing. Amnesty is a pardon, although we generally only use the term to refer to political pardons.
Or are you thinking of “clemency”? Clemency is a general term used to describe a lessening of punishment. For example, a pardon, commutation of a sentence, or a reprieve are all forms of clemency.
