Just make sure to give it a good cleaning. Hot water and mild soap, but make sure to rinse off ALL the soap and let it air dry (at least I think so). But there are toy cleaning stuff that's sold at adults stores.

It would obviously be wise to keep the thing clean between uses. If it provides a certain release to where you do not need to involve youself with others in order to get sex, then it is healthy emotionally and physically.
