No, it is mixed. A good tech is a good tech no matter the gender.
When I first joined AB most folks thought they were dealing with a guy just because of my avatar and knowledge, yet I'm just a old granny tech....LOL
I agree with G_tech...it doesn't matter...there's a whole range, from complete idiocy, to really great techs who can understand complicated problems, help with them, be patient with people who don't necessarily have experience in that area, people who are great with the system they are working with and know not only the basic functions but how to make it really work for the person calling for assistance
and those abilities are not specific to gender. I've gotten great tech support and customer service from both genders, good from both, and terrible from most. It doesn't seem particularly skewed in any direction, though when I find someone who's not only good, but excellent at some company, I try and stick with them
lately i am gtting this error on my win 7 that my harddisk has found an error pls start the backup process..
