I am a U.S. Citizen and I have a Mexican wife. She has applied for her visa and they are now requiring her to go back to mexico indefinitely. How can I avoid her having to leave the U.S.

She might have applied at a time when the quota they can permit has been fulfilled for the next six months. this also might depend on how long you have been married and what her status was when you tied the knot, just take time to get the paparwork stright and consider an attourney that can help you fulfill your dream of sharing your life together.
