    Neither.

Where I'm from, both sexes are equally crappy drivers.

Neither, I usually think it's someone very young or very old.

Neither. I assume the driver is under the influence or distracted by something, such as the cell phone. Generally I think women are better drivers in many circumstances. While they may have a slight disadvantage in matters pertaining to mechanics, they have a big advantage in their abilities to gather and process the information they're receiving from the traffic and road conditions around them and to make the appropriate response, because they use both sides of their brain simultaneously. Men typically only use one side of their brain for the task at hand. I don't know about other guys, but I know that about half of my brain is usually thinking about sex, instead of what I'm doing.
