I am an early childhood education major and I am planning on becoming a Kindergarten teacher but I was curious what to teachers do over the summer...and do they get paid or do they have to find an alternate way to make money?

    Oh i know all about this hahaha. So whats going to happens is you're not going to get payed over summer unless you do tutoring. You do have an alternative choice most teachers do. You can choose to get payed less money a month, but that money deducted goes towards an all year salary. so you get payed over the summer, but you get a smaller pay check.

    Teachers are generally paid a nine month salary for the school yeah.
