You're reading Why do my lungs burn when I jog in cold weather? They don't burn normally outside.
Comments
The only medical answer I found was Cold Induced Asthma but I really don't have a full blown asthma attack nor do I normally have asthma. Some people have said they jog in temperatures below freezing with no problem. For me once its get around 55 degrees they burn.
