Help answer this question below.

The windows stoped working on my 97 bonneville se.i checked the fuses/breakers and controll mod and poked around with a multimeter. got 11.56 volts at hot lead and switch for up and down . i dont know what ekse to check

The next thing would be to take off the door panel and check the power window motor itself.
