You bet. The guy was not getting it done, Buffalo can do better. They need to get a young guy in there with some fresh ideas.

At this point in the game, there really weren't any wrong moves. I don't expect a major turnaround but Buffalo needs a change in culture, which will always begin with the coach and the staff he brings in.
