Help answer this question below.

Well look im only 16 and my boyfrend is 17 and we only been dating for a month and he wants to get a tatoo of my name ...he already has a tatoo of his nephews name ..but i told him he should wait but he wont listen what do i do or what do i tell him ?help

    never tattoo a person's name on your body unless it is your child ... ask any tattoo artist and get their opinion and see what they say ...

    My ex did this to me, I told him I loved him but I really didn't want to scar my name on his body just incase we broke up one day, he understood. All you can do is tell him how you feel about it.
    You're in a very new relationship too, tell him there's no rush to get it done.

    I think you are giving him good advice, but, if he chooses not to listen, that's all you can do.

    If you agree, is it the fact that he will do something to himslef that he may regret that worries you or the fact that he is pushing the relationship too fast that worries you?

    If you told him he should wait and he won't listen, you don't need to worry. If he regrets getting the tattoo in future, it's not your business, it's all his faulty. You cannot control somebody else's actions.

    if he wants to make a lifetime commitment to you, ask him to first give you his arm that he wants to tattoo. if he's not willing to do so, then he shouldn't get a tat of your name, unless your name is something like, "mom". next year, if you're still together, maybe then. good luck!!!
