Have you ever baked chicken that you seasoned with just salt and pepper? Was it delightfully simple, or far too plain?

    I prefer steak with just salt and pepper, but I find that chicken is too plain that way. It makes for a decent chicken burger, but in that case it gets other flavors from the remaining ingredients like the tomato and lettuce etc.

    If it's not overcooked & kosher salt & cracked black pepper is used, it's delightful!
