  • I do this. They found out I have Crohn's disease. Whatever the cause it is dangerous and needs immediate attention.
  • Perhaps the foods eaten haven't properly digested before you go to sleep,try not eating difficult to digest foods(spicy,starchy,etc)I had this happen when I was eating bar-b-q chips and drinking too much mountain dew,the combination(along with night medications) had me doing this for weeks till I decided I'd had enough,stopping some or all of the late night behaviors,allowing your body to recover from the trauma it's been in for the last while,might just answer your question..   • Acid Reflux. It can damage your esophagus. You can get an over the counter drug for it like Prilosec. (sp?)
