PORK = NEGATIVE Make a steak and steamed veges

ground beef with green beans in hoisin sauce. I usually use ground turkey (which ends up tasting like ground beef) and snow peas with waterchestnuts...

all the veggies..skip the meat since I am vegan

I'd probably stir-fry broccoli and cauliflower, as I don't like meat... sounds pretty good, actually, wish we had some.

Slice the pork into thin strips and stir fry it with the veggies and some oriental seasonings like ginger and soy sauce. And don't forget the chilies.

You can cream/process well-cooked cauliflower...looks like mashed potatoes, then add spice to taste. Marinate chicken breast in fish sauce, garlic and ginger (best overnight) then grill with a little olive oil. Very tasty and satisfying. Leftover chicken breast good cold over salad (with broccoli)
