If someone only wanted to sleep with you would they look at you like they're in love with you, wait several months to ask you out, ask a lot of personal questions and seem a little jealous when you talk to other guys?

Sounds like more than just wanting to sleep with you. If a guy looks at you like he loves you, he probably does. Waiting around and getting to know you better, sounds like some one who actually has interest in you. Getting jealous when you talk with other guys, he's probably afraid you'll get together with one of them instead of him. Just ask him how he feels about you or tell him how you feel about him. Just because you hook up with someone doesn't mean you have to "put out" so early in the relationship.

"Only wanting to sleep with" is, for me, a large and murky category. Some guys can sustain a kind of infatuation that looks a lot like love until they get you into bed, and then it disappears. It doesn't mean they were faking everything, it means they idealised/eroticised you in a particular way and the desire disappeared once they realised their fantasy. A difficult question to answer without all the facts. +4
