Im a kind of guy that tries to make friends with girls and them try and go for them, is that a good aproach, and how should i do it?

    Yes and no. For some girls its a good approach and for others it's not. For example, I like to get to know someone and become their friend before starting a relationship but for some girls once they start seeing you as a friend that's all you ever going to be to them.
