    Well the best advice i can give is to push the same way you do when your pooing lol its gross but true. And remember women have been doing this for 100's of years so relax. And don't forget to pictures of your baby when its BRAND-NEW and all gooey and beat up looking, those are the best kinds of pics to have. Cause you wont remember much and pics or videos if your into 'that' (eeeew) are great for refreshing your memory and letting you relive the experience at your own time. And I recommend a baby moon, its like a honey moon, the last time you will be able to go out without worrying about a baby.
