Yes you can. It is practically impossible for a person to become and stay fat without eating carbohydrates. In fact, a person could eat 5000 calories a day(as long as they're not carbs) and never exercise and still lose weight quickly. So go on a low or no carb diet and see what happens.
There is nothing like losing weight without doing anything. One has manage a healthy diet and have an exercise schedule of at least 30 minutes in a day.
