Of course. Not only is ignorance no self defense, but the law assumes you have enough intelligence to know you can't use someone else's credit card. That's theft and fraud.
Sure - the old "I didn't know it, I'm innocent. it was broken when I got" defenses may keep you from jail but most likely won't keep you from beeing looked at rather closely by the law just because at the very least you are stupid. +5
If I were you, I'd get rid of that credit card and get your own.
What do you think are some clues that a robbery was a inside job ?
