Get off of the computer and get into bed. Lay there and block out any light which could get into the room, and try to make sure that no noise can be heard.
Good luck. If all else fails, have LOTS of caffeine ready for tomorrow morning to keep you awake and alert through the exam.
Does the warm glow of the television put you to sleep at night because you need the sound to block out your failures?
