when I was younger my sister used to tell me I would wake her up say strange things to her. Now I'm just told I talk or mumble in my sleep. Sometimes as I'm falling asleep or starting to wake up I'll say a short sentence real loud like 'what are you saying to me!"
It's starting to worry me because I never used to talk loud with one sentences that would wake me up. maybe its stress or something.
hmm, i talk in my sleep alot, my friend tells me that sometimes i say the strangest of things... oftentimes i dont dream, when i do, i remember every detail. i often end up waking myself up thinking someone else is there... i let it be...
