    I can't really give ideas but to make her loosen up, You should take one night to be the world's 'BEST' man. Take a long time to do everything sweet and gentle to her and all while doing so repetedly tell her how beautiful and wonderful she is, I know it sounds corny but believe me it will help, then start to suggest and slowly introduce any new ideas.
