Yes. He said he would never flood the Earth again like in the days of Noah, when the entire Earth was flooded. He also promised not to destroy an entire city if 10 righteous people were found to be living there.

i disagree with this statement because it should be "Does God keep his promises?" And if god exists i dont think he makes any promises to us he is not that human.
