  • I've had to complain about SOnic Drive-in. (See the link on the source site below. http://www.planetfeedback.com/sonic%20restaurants%20kingston%20ny/order%20accuracy/order%20accuracy%20at%20sonic%20restaurants%20is%20the%20quotpitsquotfinally/319174 (sorry, long link) Never did get a reply or the thing I requested, back. It tends to be, however, that we've also had problems with Wendy's customer service, but that's a tottally different issue.
  • It was a couple months ago, & it was this unhelpful be-otch at the Eye clinic. She read my insurance wrong and treated me like I was some kinda illegal alien trying to get over on a freebie. She told me: "sorry your coverage doesnt cover this exam". The way she handed me my insurance card back you would have thought it was tainted or something. I knew she had to be misreading my info, and she was very brash and condescending about it to boot. She didnt offer alternative methods, or anything - I told the receptionist(s) that I felt this lady was being hostile in her "services" they saw it too, and made her recheck my insurance. Guess what?!? This dumb broad comes back saying "opps, I guess your insurance will cover such-and-such amount" Leaving me a MUCH smaller percentage than her first assumptions. I wrote a letter to corporate and detailed this incident in full about her bad hasty service -
  • Last month I wrote an e-mail (I usually write real letters) to a small local restaurant chain that I have long frequented. I complained about the general deterioration of their service (citing specific examples), expecially in light of their increased prices. Within a week they e-mailed me back a explanation of their perception of the situation, an expression of their regret for my unhappiness, and the offer of a lifetime discount on my choice of food or alcoholic beverages.
