I did refer to "http://www.dmv.ca.gov/dl/vioptct.htm#on… and on the same page, at the very bottom, it talks about federal regulation violations - and mentions only DUI! From that could we infer that since it only mentions that only DUI under the federal code, that points will not be assigned for any other code violation?
