Would a "Federal speeding ticket" marked (US District Court Violation Notice) blemish my California driving record? the ticket was issued at
a National Park in California

    I did refer to "http://www.dmv.ca.gov/dl/vioptct.htm#on…
    and on the same page, at the very bottom, it talks about federal regulation violations - and mentions only DUI!
    From that could we infer that since it only mentions that only DUI under the federal code, that points will not be assigned for any other code violation?

    Yes. this violation will appear on your home states computers as a traffic violation.

    Your drivers license number and state are all thats needed for your violation to be known nationwide, thanks to computers.
