1. Just do it. If he says no, nothing lost 2. Girls will probably have an easier time doing so (because guys and hormones) so isn't she lucky 3. Tell her to wait. She's only 12 years old, too young for dating if you ask me. At least wait until she's in High School

ok i was in this situation so what you have to do is be nice a slow. you have to feel that he likes you. if he talks to you alot then just do it. if he doesn't really talk to you that much try to hang out with him ask him to go to the park on sunday or something like that. if they go then ask this person. it all depends on when you think you are ready.
