I'm not sure if this question is induced with sarcasm...or with some seriousness in between.
Policemen in the U.S. usually get away with it. Even if it's a wrongdoing, they'll cover it up with the usual: "UNDER INVESTIGATION" slogan.
Retarded policeman is pretty funny. I used to love his videos...back then when I was 13. :D
