I guess it'll depend on the type of people you're willing to impress. Believe it or not, some girls actually find an 8pack pretty gross and would prefer a slim stomach on a man.
Try doing ab workouts. There's loads of them online. They'll help make that crease between your chest, reduce manboobs, and much more. Good luck bro.
instead of eating 3 meals a day and eating until you're full every meal, try 6-7 more snack sized meals a day and only eat until you're satisfied. other than that try running and/or biking a few days a week. after you start seeing results (and i guarentee you will) start throwing in some easy weight training and just build it up from there
