Do guys really like big/larger girls? I hear all of these insults toward them, but I also hear that they like "extra" curves. Then with all of this media stuff going on guys seems ashamed of themselves for not getting a trophy girl. I am confused, help!

OK, I've looked through your profile a little bit.

Let's start with YOU here:

First thing first: Are YOU healthy? Are YOU happy with your weight?

By healthy, I mean is, or can, your weight be an issue with your health? Being a little overweight isn't really a problem. Being a LOT overweight can be.

If you're really 14 years old and you have a weight problem, then ask your doctor about it. Get a professional opinion.

And then LEARN about how to eat a well balanced diet, in reasonable portions. And LEARN about living an active, healthy lifestyle.

Dieting and exercise isn't something you do just to lose weight: it's something you LIVE every day of your life. If you approach it solely as a means to lose weight, you're likely to fail in the long run.

So figure out your health first. Then answer the question about your happiness next.

Now, on to what guys like:

Guys, like women, like pretty much everything under the sun. Some like tall, some short, some skinny, some fat, some zaftig, some big breasted, some small breasted, some long legs, some big b*tts, some small b*tts, some blondes, some raven haired....you name it, there are guys that like it.

But the ones nearly EVERY GUY likes are those that take care of themselves and have a good image of themselves, and are happy with themselves.

And bugger the media's opinions on this. Their concern isn't happiness and well being, nor is it satisfying and stable relationships. It's marketing, pure and simple. And fantasy is part of that.

And the media portrayal changes with the times as well. Look at all the full figured women of the past, who were anything BUT the skinny, svelt models of the current times. Jane Russell (size 16), Marilyn Monroe (size 16), Mae West (size 18).

So, stop being confused and start being healthy and happy.

Sound like a cop-out answer? Not really. That's actually the way it is.

I would rather my wife have too much than too little.

Some guys like plump curvy girls.

Others just tell a girl they like it in order to get laid.

(Sorry to be so crude but there's no nice way to say that.)

Does he take the curvy girl out? Is he proud of her? Does he acknowledge her to friends and faimly as his gf? Those are usually clues.

All guys are different. I've always had a preference for curvy women.

you don't have to listen to the media. its the cause for a lot of bad things.

No matter what you look like, there is a guy out there willing and eager to be with you. so don't worry too much.

My girlfriend isn't large or big, but she isn't really skinny either, and I like the fact that she has curves :)

I only like trophy girls! What I mean by that is that no matter what girl, If I really like her she will ALWAYS be a trophy to me!
