It's probably much like most other places in the world with collections of racist people and collections of non-racist people in the same area.
Plus a local culture may not be racist to one type of person but may be very racist to another type of person.
The Salem/Boston ferry runs from Memorial to Halloween day, is there any other way like water taxis that can be taken off season?
