Select the paragraphs you want to affect.
Go to the Format > Paragraph menu.
Make whatever changes you need to 'Space Before' and 'Space After'.
Click OK.
My hard disk is by virus problem is currepted my files is totaly gone i get my files throgh recavary software but my word,excel 2003 fils is not opening opening but data is showing @@@@@@ lie that how i can recavar my files

On Microsoft Word, is there anyway that you can turn the page sideways, and type longways instead of up and down? I can't seem to figure it out! HELP! Need answer fast!

When I print a Microsoft Word document in landscape the right hand margin is a centimeter wider than it should be according to the ruler, which means I have to cut a strip off. The gutter is set for the left hand side. Any ideas please?
