I dunno if it's scary so much because it's not supernatural but when I was a little kid I sleep walked and once I went into the kitchen and set some toys on fire in the floor. My mother came into the kitchen seeing me standing next to a blaze and I told her I was cold.
Another time I was sleepwalking I knocked a kid's plastic chair over onto a floor unit furnace and it melted and caught the house on fire....luckily I stopped sleepwalking before I burnt the whole house down.

I remember an incident at camp when I was a kid. The girls bunkhouse was on the second floor of the dining hall. One night, a girl got up to do some sleepwalking and fell down the stairs. Yikes!
