Why does MAN say when evil happens "Perhaps good may come from it." when good has never come from evil but has come in spite of it?

    because the majority of people in this world will be optimists, even when there is almost nothing to be optomistic about, our minds lie to us due to religious beliefs and or the way we were raised.

    Perhaps because they want to remain optimistic and don't want to just see the downside, they want to believe that good can come from this.
