Well i actually keep all of that in my mind, honestly i do.
I don't keep a checkbook log, i know what is my bottom line at all times, even when i let my woman have money, but i don't let her have access to the account.
I know that my piss off quite a few women, but i give her money whenever she wants it, i am just the better person that can keep track of these things, she couldn't even keep track of her car payments before i met her.
Trust me she is spoiled by me.
Spend less than you earn and build up a cushion so you don't go overdrawn.
Get a second or third job, build your savings. Keep a big chunk of it in ordinary checking as a cash cushion.
